SÄKU Conference 2025

What?

We are happy to invite you to the third SÄKU Conference where the themes will be Serious Injuries and Fatilites (SIF) Prevention and Safety Leadership. Filip Coumans and Martin Dean from Krause Bell Group will be our inspirational safety tutors during these couple of days.

Just like the previous conferences, it will be workshop-based in English and you’ll get the chance to meet lots of SÄKU members in person to make new contacts!  This year, the SÄKU Conference will take place at Såstaholm mansion and conference center, located close to Stockholm and Arlanda.

Albeit no requirements, the ideal way to attend the conference is to sign-up yourselves but also encourage an operational manager and/or a manager in higher position who can collaborate with you on the safety challenges.

In February and April of 2025, you had the chance to get to know and see Filip in two different webinars at SÄKU. Log on the SÄKU Member Page with your user to have a further look at the recordings and material from these two webinars. There is however not a request to have joined or watched any of these two webinars in order to be part of the conference.

If you want and have the opportunity, you are more than welcome to arrive on 15 September (one day before the conference starts) for even more meet & greet/mingle opportunities with Filip and Martin and the rest of the conference participants in the beautiful Såstaholm environment.

The conference is open for SÄKU members only.

Tickets are limited and available at a "first come first served" basis.

Conference Day 1 - 16 September (Tuesday):

•9.00 – 12.00: SIF prevention - the foundations, part 1

•12.00 - 13.00: Lunch

•13.00 – 17.00: SIF prevention - the foundations, part 2

•17.00 – 19.00: Mingle and free activities

•19.00 – late : Dinner

Conference Day 2 - 17 September (Wednesday):

•8.00 – 12.00: SIF prevention - bringing theory into action, part 1

•12.00 - 13.00: Lunch

•13.00 – 14.30: SIF prevention - bringing theory into action, part 2

• 14.30 (End of conference)

Price

Price until 31 May (early bird):  9 500 SEK, plus room charges (1995 SEK per person/day)

Price after 31 May:  11 000 SEK, plus room charges (1995 SEK per person/day)

All prices come with VAT. The price includes all meals during 16 September to 17 September.
